Article 1: Service Overview

PDFMint is a web-based PDF toolkit operated by Netwiz LLC. Free features (merge, split, compress, rotate, annotate, etc.) are processed entirely within the user's browser. Pro-only features (Office conversion, OCR, etc.) are processed via our servers.

Article 2: Terms of Use

Users agree to:

• Refrain from illegal activities
• Not process content that infringes third-party copyrights, portrait rights, or similar protections
• Avoid interfering with service operations
• Not attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineering

Article 3: Paid Plans

The Pro plan is a subscription ($3.99/month) charged via credit card. It includes a 7-day free trial — cancel before it ends and you will not be charged. Subscriptions automatically renew, but users may cancel anytime from account settings. Refunds are not available after billing.

Article 4: Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The company disclaims responsibility for processing results and damages, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.

Article 5: Intellectual Property

The company retains all rights to software, design, and content. Users retain ownership of their uploaded files.

Article 6: Service Changes

Netwiz LLC may modify or discontinue the service without advance notice.

Article 7: Terms Modifications

Terms updates take effect immediately upon publication without prior notification.

Article 8: Governing Law

Japanese law governs these terms, with the Tokyo District Court holding exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
